What is Good Mood Food? 

My name is Christina. I'm a 2023-2024 Pittsburgh Schweitzer Fellow and medical student at the University of Pittsburgh. 

Good Mood Food is a culinary workshop that teaches people of all backgrounds and ages how to prepare healthy, nourishing, and affordable recipes. You'll learn all about the brain-gut connection while enjoying tasty foods.
